A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREETS
FOR THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BIESTERFIELD AND BISNER ROADS (BEISNER)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1: That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for
public streets. The southwest corner of Biesterfield
Road running 452.00 feet west and Bisner Road running
1030.77 feet south of the intersection of Biesterfield
and Bisner Roads. Located in Section 31, Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridan
in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2: That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
