A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A MAINTENANCE BOND FROM SAFECO INSURANCE
COMPANY, NO. 4387001 FILED WITH THE VILLAGE BY CENTEX HOMES
MIDWEST, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,000 GUARANTEEING THE SUBDI-
VISION IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE STREETS K14OWN AS FRANKLIN LANE
AND UNION CIRCLE IN SECTION 23A (WINSTON GROVE)
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Maintenance Bond in the amount
of $15,000 expiring April 6, 1984, to the Village of Elk Grove Village as
required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with
all provisions of any and all ordinance appertaining; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has installed water main, sanitary and storm
sewers, roadway, curb and gutters, sidewalks, parkway trees, and street
lights as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has
submitted required As-Built Engineering Plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
SECTION 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
Maintenance Bond No. 4387001 for public improvements along streets in
Section 23A as shown on plans prepared by Henderson and Bodwell , Consulting
Engineers and identified as Plan Number 48-006 and 48-007 dated Dec. 16,
1977, otherwise described as the improvements lying in Winston Grove Section 23A.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 12th day of October 1982.
