A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE/BILL OF SALE AC-
CEPTING FOR PERMANENT OWNERSHIP ON FRANKLIN LANE AND UNION
CIRCLE IN WINSTON GROVE SECTION 23A THE WATER MAIN, SANITARY
AND STORM SEWERS, ROADWAY, CURB AND GUTTERS, SIDEWALKS, PARK-
WAY TREES AND STREET LIGHTS
WHEREAS, the Developer (Centex Homes Midwest, Inc. ) has submitted a
Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale to the Village of Elk Grove Village as re-
quired by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complied with all
provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has installed all public improvements , water
main, sanitary and storm sewer, roadway, curb and gutters, sidewalks, parkway
trees, and street lights as required by the Village, has made full payment
of fees, and has submitted required As-Built Engineering Plans;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
SECTION 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept
a Deed of Conveyance/Bill of Sale for public improvements as shown on plans
prepared by Henderson and Bodwell , Consulting Engineers and identified as
Plan Number 48-006 and 48-007 dated December 16, 1977, otherwise described
as the improvements lying in Winston Grove Section 23A, more specifically
located within Franklin Lane and Union Circle.
SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 12th day of October 1982.
