FEE SCHEDULE FOR SALE OF PUBLIC DOCUMENTS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 : That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby
authorize a fee schedule as follows:
Zoning Ordinance . . .$30.00
Subdivision Control
Regulations . . . .. 11 .00
Building Code . . . . . . 15.00
Municipal Code . . . . . 75.00
Section 2: That the fee for the reproduction of any portion of a
public document be Twenty-five ($ .25) Cents per page.
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
VOTE: AYE: 6 NAYS: 0 ABSENT: 0
PASSED this 14th day of December , 1982.
