A RESOLUTION OF APPROVEL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR
SANITARY SEWER (AT LAUREL STREET AND TONNE ROAD)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section I : That approval is hereby given the plat of easement
identified as Plat of Easement for Sanitary Sewer
(at Laurel Street and Tonne Road) prepared by
Samborski , Mattis, Inc. , 3418 Main Street, Skokie,
Illinois, as drawing IRLS #2104, drawing date
October 30, 1982 in the North 20 feet of the South
506.48 feet of the West 230 feet of the East 330
feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 28, Township 41 North, Range
11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set
forth.
Section 2: That Village Clerk is hereby authorized to sign said plat
for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
