FOR THE LIFT STATION, SANITARY TRUNK SEWER, STAND BY GENERATOR FORCE MAIN AND EQUIPMENT AT WINSTON GROVE SECTION 22 SOUTH AND A MAINTENANCE BOND FROM-SAF€GO INSURANCE COMPANIES NO. 2965793 WHEREAS, the developer Centex Homes Midwest Inc., has submitted a Bill of Sale and Maintenance Bond in the amount of $24,000.00 from Safeco Insurance Companies, expiring on October 2, 1982, to the Village of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complies with all provisions of any and all ordinances pertaining thereto; and WHEREAS, the developer has installed a Lift Station, Sanitary Trunk Sewer, stand-by Generator force main, and incidental equipment at Winston Grove, Section 22 South. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a BILL OF SALE and Safeco Insurance Companies,Maintenance Bond No. 2965793 for the above noted improvements at Winston Grove Section 22 South, said Bond expiring October 3, 1982. Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
