A RESOLUTION ACCCEPTING A BILL OF SALE FROM CENTEX HOMES MIDWEST, INC.
FOR THE LIFT STATION, SANITARY TRUNK SEWER, STAND BY GENERATOR FORCE
MAIN AND EQUIPMENT AT WINSTON GROVE SECTION 22 SOUTH AND A MAINTENANCE
BOND FROM-SAF€GO INSURANCE COMPANIES NO. 2965793
WHEREAS, the developer Centex Homes Midwest Inc., has submitted a Bill
of Sale and Maintenance Bond in the amount of $24,000.00 from Safeco Insurance
Companies, expiring on October 2, 1982, to the Village of Elk Grove Village
as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has fully complies with
all provisions of any and all ordinances pertaining thereto; and
WHEREAS, the developer has installed a Lift Station, Sanitary Trunk Sewer,
stand-by Generator force main, and incidental equipment at Winston Grove, Section
22 South.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
BILL OF SALE and Safeco Insurance Companies,Maintenance Bond No. 2965793 for
the above noted improvements at Winston Grove Section 22 South, said Bond expiring
October 3, 1982.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.

BILL OF SALE
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT CENTEX HOMES MIDWEST, INC. , a Nevada
corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Illinois, (the "Company"),
for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, does hereby TRANSFER, SET OVER AND CONVEY unto the VILLAGE
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Cook and DUPage Counties, Illinois, a municipal corporation,
(the "Village"), the following:
Sanitary trunk sewer, lift station, standby generator, force
main, and incidental equipment as described on those certain
engineering plans prepared by Elk Grove Engineering and identified
as Plan Number 4522-1, dated September 20, 1976, otherwise de-
scribed as the improvements lying in Winston Grove Section 22
South and Section 22 North, in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, which
plans are incorporated by reference and made a part hereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of the improvements hereby conveyed unto the
Village, to and for its own use forever.
AND the Company does hereby warrant to the Village that it is the lawful
owner of and has good and marketable title to the improvements; that the same are
free from all encumbrances; that the Company has the right to sell the same; and
that it will defend and hold harmless the Village against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons with respect to the title hereby conveyed.
