A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR A PUBLIC ROAD
IDENTIFIED AS MEACHAM ROAD AND NERGE ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a final plat of dedication for
a public road, for Meacham Road 1,385.43 feet, north, from the center
line of Nerge Road, and for Nerge Road 1,604.65 feet east from the center
line of Meacham Road, in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East
of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach thereto the
corporate seal, contingent upon the approval of the Plan Commission.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its approval according to law.
