A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CAPABILITIES AND
PROPERTY AVAILABILITY
P.O;1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and --o�-rd of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked, a Resolution Regarding the
Financial and Legal Capabilities and Property
Availability, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof' as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to
attest said documents upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect

l:bereas, regulations of the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency for
grants for construction of sewage treatment works, 40 CFR 35 E, requira that
the Village of Elk Grove Village has agreed to pay non -
grant costs and that the Village of Elk Grove Village has
capability to construct, operate, and maintain treatment works project
C17 2318 , therefore, be it resolved that:
1) the Village of Elk Grove Village agree to
pay the non -grant costs for project C17231 which
agreement is hereby provided.
2) the Village of Elk Grove Village provide a
certificate of the financing which is available or will
be available for construction of project C17 2318 which
certification is attached hereto.

certificate of the sites, rights-of-way, and easements
which are available or will be available for project
C17 2318, which certification is attached hereto.
4) the Village of Elk Grove Village provide a
certificate of the legal capability to insure adequate
construction, operation, and maintenance of the treatment
works project C17 2318 , whish certification is attached
hereto.
