A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A.R.C. ASSOCIATES, INC. TO FILE ON BEHALF
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ALL PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ENGINEERING AND
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SALT CREEK BICYCLE BRIDGE LOCATED AT CLEARMONT STREET
WHEREAS, the Village has been advised by the State Department of Conservation
that its application for a LAWCON grant has been approved, and
WHEREAS, the approved LAWCON grant grant will allow Elk Grove Village to
recover 50% of the cost to construct a Bicycle Bridge over Salt Creek at
Clearmont Street, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove Village has entered into a contract with
A.R.C. Associates, Inc., to prepare the design engineering and development of
specifications for the construction of the Bicycle Bridge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Elk Grove Village hereby
authorizes A.R.C. Associates, Inc. to file on behalf of Elk Grove Village, all
permits required for the engineering and construction of the Salt Creek Bicycle
Bridge located at Clearmont Drive.
Section 1. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
