A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A LETTER OF CREDIT NO. G.T.7400D
FROM THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF CHICAGO, GUARANTEEING THE DEMOLITION
OF THREE BUILDING'AND CAPPING OF THE SHALLOW WELLS ON THE SAVIN PROPERTY
LOCATED NORTH OF HIGGINS ROAD AND WEST OF THE COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY
RIGHT-OF-WAY IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance of:
A Letter of Credit dated December 6, 1979, in the amount of $10,500.00
expiring March 11, 1980, from the First National Bank of Chicago to
guarantee the demolition of three buildings, and the capping of the
shallow wells located on the Savin property, north of Higgins Road
and west of the Commonwealth Edison Company right-of-way in Elk Grove
Village.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
