A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
AT ELK GROVE MOTEL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the plat of easement identified
as Plat of Easement for Public Utilities at Elk Grove Motel,
located at 2325 E. Higgins Road prepared by Gremley & Biedermann
as Drawing No. 74536 Drawing Date: of March 19, 1974 in
Sections 26 & 35 Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
ATTEST:
after its passage and approval according to law.
