the Viliagn of Elk Grove. Viilage , Counties of Cook and DuPoge, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit No. 12
prepared by Gremley & Biedermann,, Land Surveyors
as Drawing No. 744968 Drawing pate: November 25, 1974 Rev, 1-22-75
being a subdivision in Section (s) 3 _ Township 40 _
North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in DuPage
County, Illinois , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part ho,rcof as if felly set `crth
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to lair.
