A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE METROPOLITAN SANITARY DISTRICT REGARDING AN EASEMENT IN
SECTION 21 FOR A STORM SEWER OUTFALL
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President is hereby authorized to sign
an agreement with the Metropolitan Sanitary District
regarding an easement in Section 21 for a storm sewer
outfall.
Section 2. That this action is taken in consideration of certain
commitments agreed to by Centex Corporation as set forth
in letters of March 5, 1975 and March 21, 1975, copies of
which are attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 25th day of March 1975.
