A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC
UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE FOR SLAUF-NOVAK SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section I. That approval is hereby given the f.-iaai plat of a grant of
easement for public utilities and drainage for Slauf-Novak
Subdivision, prepared by Fletcher Engineering Company, Illinois
Registered Professional Engineer, on February 17, 1975, said
easement being the West 10 (ten) feet of the East 20 (twenty)
feet of Lot 12 (twelve) in the Slauf-Novak Subdivision, being
a subdivision of part of Section 28, Township 41 North, Range
11, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
ATTEST:
and after its passage and approval according to law.
