A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND PLACING ON FILE A PERFORMANCE BOND FROM
NATIONAL INDEMNITY COMPANY GPN31060 IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,000
FILED WITH THE VILLAGE BY HARDIMAN & O'TOOL BUILDERS AND GUARAN-
TEEING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN SLAUF-NOVAK SUB-
DIVISION AND MOLLY -ANN RESUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1: That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize the
acceptance and placing on file of Performance Bond GPN31060 in the amount of
$19,000.00 from National Indemnity Company to guarantee the construction of storm
sewers, water mains, public sidewalks, and parkway trees, in the Slauf-Novak
Subdivision and Molly -Ann Resubdivision according to Drawing numbers 73-27 and
72-37, sheets 1-5 and S -S -W-1, dated January 6, 1975 as prepared by Fletcher
Engineering Company, 450 Lee Street, Des Plaines, Illinois.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
