A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT TO EXECUTE A REVISED CONTRACT
WITH COMMONWEALTH EDISON COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF EIGHTEEN
CONCRETE STREET LIGHTING POLES IN ELK GROVE INDUSTRIAL PARK
NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked Contract with Commonwealth Edison Co.
for eighteen (18) concrete street lighting poles in Elk Grove Industrial
Park, for install atai%pcbPOagPiDlceb�ttached hereto and rade a cast
hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to
attest said documents upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to lata.

12. Consideration to authorize the Village President to execute a revised contract with
Commonwealth Edison for installation and maintenance of eighteen (18) concrete
street lighting poles in the Elk Grove Industrial Park.
(The additional costs are to be paid by the developer through the Village. The
Village's cost is $119.88 per month - the same as it would be for wooden poles.
The Village Board denied the Developer's initial request that the Village
pay -the additional monthly cost of $23.60 due to concrete poles. Trannell Crow
Company has agreed to reimburse the Village for that additional monthly charge
as well as the additional initial installation cost of $4,896.00.
Approval is recommended by the Village Manager.)
