A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
AND DRAINAGE IN MOLLY -ANN RESUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby give a plat of grant of easement for
public utulities and drainage for Molly Ann Resubdivision,
prepared by Fletcher Engineering Company, Illinois Registered
Professional Engineer, on March 12, 1975, said easement being
the North ten (10) feet, except for that previously obtained for
easement, of Lot 8 in Molly Ann Resubdivision being a subdivision
of part of Section 28, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the
Third Principal Meridian in Cook County Illinois and the West
twenty five (25) feet as measured along the North property line
and the West ten (10) feet as measured along the South property line,
except for that previously obtained for easement of Lot 1 (one) in
the Molly Ann Resubdivision being a subdivision of part of Section
28, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian
in Cook County, Illinois , a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
