A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC ROAD FOR
PORTIONS OF HOME AVENUE BIESTERFIELD ROAD AND MEACHAM ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
IIiinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
road for portions of Home Avenue, Biesterfield Road and
Meacham Road, in accordance with the annexation agreement of
the DeBruyne property, adopted by Resolution No. 32-75.
Said property legally described as follows: Of part of the
south 20.0 acres of the east half of the southwest quarter
and the west quarterof the southeast quarter of Section 25.
Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal
Meridian in Schaumburg Township, Cook County, Illinois, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as
if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
