A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED OF CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT
MAINTENANCE AND OWNERSHIP THE STREETS, CURB AND GUTTER , SIDEWALKS , STORM
SEVIER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAINS INSTALLED IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE
SECTION 15 AS SHOWN ON ELK GROVE ENGINEERING COMPANY PLAN NUMBER 43oo-6
DATED DECEMBER 29, 1966, (except Wellington Ave. from Banbury Ave, to
Biesterfield Road.)
WHEREAS, the Developer has submitted a Deed of Conveyance to the Village
of Elk Grove Village as required by the Subdivision Control Ordinance and has
fully complied with all provisions of any and all ordinances appertaining; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all repairs to public improvements as
required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted
required As-Built-Engineering Plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Ill ,nois:
Section 1 : That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept a
Deed of Conveyance for public improvements as shown on Elk Grove Engineering Company
Plan Number 4300-6, dated December 29, 1966 otherwise described as Section 15:
Wellington Avenue from a point approximately 120 feet West of Cheltenham
Road East to a point approximately 100 feet East of Leicester Road; Leeds
Lane in its entirety; Cheltenham Road from the North side of Wellington
Avenue North to Bristol Lane; Gateshead North from the East side of
Cheltenham Road East to the North side of Banbury Avenue, and Gateshead
South from the North side of Banbury South, thence West to a point
approximately 120 feet West of Cheltenham Road; Exmoor Road from the
East side of Cheltenham Road East, thence South to the North side of
Wellington Avenue; Lowestoft Lane from the East side of Cheltenham
Road East to the West side of Exmoor Road; Yarmouth Road from the
East side of Cheltenham Road East in its entirety; Bristol Lane from
the East side of Bisner Road East to the We;t side of Leicester Road;
Leicester Road from the North side of Wellington Avenue North to
Biesterfield Road; Lynn Drive from the South side of Yarmouth Road
South approximately 110 feet; Bisner Road from the South side of
Bristol Lane North to Biesterfield Road; Wellington Avenue from a
point approximately 110 feet North of Banbury Avenue North to Biester-
field Road; Banbury Avenue from the East side of Gateshead North East to
a point approximately 110 feet East of Leicester Road in Elk Grove
Village.
Section 2: That Wellington Avenue, from approximately Banbury Avenue
to Biesterfield Road is excluded from this Resolution.
Section 3: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby waive
submission of a Maintenance Bond (as required by Chapter 8 of the Municipal
Code) because public improvements were substantially completed in 1968,
Section 4: That the Village of Elk Grove Village accepts a one (1)
year guarantee by Centex Homes Corporation of driveway aprons replaced
in Section 15 during the period of April 28, to June 13, 1975 in accordance
with a letter dated July 26, 1975.
Section 5: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.

does heraby grant, bargain, sell , transfer, set over, assign, convey, quit-
claim and deliver unto THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE, Cook and CuPage
Counties , Illinois, a municipal corporation (hereinafter sometimes r2fer-2d
to as the "Villag-a") , the following:
Water, sanitary sewer and storm rains and drains and equip-
ment as listed and located on engineering plans as prepared
by Elk Grove Engineering Company, identified as Plan Number
4300-6 dated December 29, 19056, otherwise described as
Section 15, Elk Grove Village, whic� plans are incorpora--ed
by reference and made a part hereof, and a part of easements
for construction, reconstruction and maintenance as are
necessary to operate and maintain the aforementioned ni.ains,
drains and equipment.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of the property hereby granted, bargained,
sold, transferred, set over, assigned, conveyed, quitclaimed and delivered
unto the Village, its successors and assigns, to and for its own use forever.
AND the Company does hereby covenant with th2 Village thl,t it is the
la�,iful owner of said properties hereby granted, bargained, sold, transferr2d,
set over, assigned, conveyed, quitclaimed and delivered; that said property
is free from all encumbrances; and that the Cornpany has good right to sell
the same as aforesaid.
This conveyance is made by the Company pursuant to a resclution duly
adopted by its Board of Directors.
IN WITNESS !�IHEREOF, said CENTEX CORPOIATION has caus2d this instru-
ment to be signed in its corporate name by its Vice Presidant and Uo be
sealed with its corporate seal , and attested by its Secretary, all of
this 7 day of December, 1974.

Box at the bank of Elk Grove.
