RESOLUTION NO. 87-75 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR PERMANENT MAINTENANCE AND OWNERSHIP, <br /> WELLINGTON AVENUE FROM 110 FEET NORTH OF BANBURY TO BIESTERFIELD <br /> ROAD AS SHOWN ON ELK GROVE ENGINEERING COMPANY PLAN NUMBER 4300-6 <br /> AND INCLUDED IN THE DEED OF CONVEYANCE FOR SECTION 15 ACCEPTED BY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 63-75 <br /> WHEREAS, the developer has completed all repairs to Wellington Avenue <br /> as required by the Village, has made full payment of fees, and has submitted <br /> required As-Built-Engineering Plans and Deed of Conveyance for Section 15. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees <br /> of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois: <br /> Section 1 . That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby accept <br /> that part of Wellington Avenue from a point approximately 110 feet north <br /> of Banbury Avenue north to Biesterfield Road in Section 15 , included in <br /> a Deed of Conveyance for public improvements as shown on Elk Grove Engineer- <br /> ing Company Plan Number 4300-6, dated December 29, 1966, as accepted by <br /> Resolution No. 63-75 on August 28, 1975, and from which that part of <br /> Wellington Avenue was excluded. <br /> Section 2.
