A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT PURPOSES
RELATING TO ELK GROVE INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT N0, 14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the ficial plat of dedication
for easement purposes relating to Elk Grove Industrial Park
Unit No. 14, prepared by Gremley and Biedermann, Land Surveyors,
as Drawing No. 754022 on December 17, 1975. Said subdivision,
Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit No. 14, is a subdivision in
Section 3, Township 40 North, Range 11 , East of the Third
Principal Meridian in DuPage County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat of dedication for easement purposes for and in
the name of the Village and attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 23rd day of December 1975.
