A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING I PLACING ON FILE A PERFORMANCI. ND NO LIEN
BOND REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SLAUF-
NOVAK SUBDIVISION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and OuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the acceptance and placing on file, of a performance and no-lien bond regarding
the construction of public improvements in the Slauf-Novak Subdivision, said
Bond No. GPN 19905 from National Indemnity Company in the amount of $5,800.00
filed with the Village by Joseph T, Hardiman, d/b/a, O'Toole & Hardiman Builders,
and guaranteeing the installation of sidewalks, sanitary sewers, watermains, and
parkway trees, as shown on drawings titled "Lots 7 through 12, Slauf-Novak Sub-
division and prepared by Fletcher Engineering Company, dated March 30, 1972."
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
