A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET
OF ROHLWING ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of dedication
for public street for Rohlwing,Road consisting of
part of Lots 31 to 43, both inclusive, in Block 1 and that
part of Lots 12 to 28 both inclusive, in Block 4 in Elk Grove
Village Section 19, Being a subdivision in Section 36, Township
41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, lying
East of the West Line of Document Number 11069335 Recorded April
5, 1932 in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 12th day of February 1974.
