A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET OF A 60
FOOT RIGHT OF WAY FOR KENT AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for a portion of Kent Avenue in Triton Industrial Park
and legally described as follows: That part of the North
half of the North half of the East half of the Northwest
quarter of Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the.
Third Principal Meridian, Bounded and described as follows:
beginning at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of the
Commonwealth Edison Company right-of-way with the South line of
said North half of the North half of the East half of the North-
west quarter of Section 27, thence East of South line aforesaid,
a distance of 60.0 feet; thence North 50.54 feet to a point on
said Southeasterly line of Commonwealth Edison Company right-of-
way which is 78.45 North east of the point of beginning; thence
Southwesterly on said right-of-way line, a distance of 78.45
feet to the point of beginning, in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal. A copy of said plat is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
