Village of EJ.k Grove Village, Counties of Codec and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1. That anproval is hereby Given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 141
being a subdivision in Section(s) 27 , Township 41
Korth, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Eeridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of -which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if Hilly set forth.
Section 2. That the VillaEe President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in Hill force and effect from
and after its rassage and approval according to law.
