A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND THE VILLAGE CLERK TO
OPEN AND MAINTAIN A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX AT THE BANK OF ELK GROVE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
the Village Manager and the Village Clerk to open and main-
tain a safety deposit box at the Bank of Elk Grove, for the
purpose of storing original tape recordings relative to an

ambulance incident which occured on January 6, 1974; and
further authorizing that only one (1) of those persons
authorized to have access need be present to gain access
to said box.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
