A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF SUBDIVISION IDENTIFIED AS HIGGINS
INDUSIRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 158
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village , Counties of Cool: and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 158
prepared by Gremley & Biedermann, Land Surveyors
as Drawing No. 743661 _ Drawing Date: August 1 , 1974
being a subdivision in 'Section (s) 27 , Township 41
North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy/ of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if f"uily set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
