A RESOLUTION AUTHO'RIZ114G A "FIRST AMENDMENT' TO AN AGREEMENT BY VILLAGE
PERSONhPL. PARTICIPATING IN THE MOBILE INTENSIVE CARE TRAINING PROGRAM AT
ALEXIAN BROTHERS MEDICAL CENTER
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village , Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section I . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize an
amendment to an agreement adopted by Resolution No. 7-74 on February 12, 1974,
a resolution regarding an agreement by 'Village personnel participating in the
mobile intensive care training program .at Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
Said amended agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2. That this resolution small be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 3rd day of September 1974.
APPROVED this 3rd day of September 1974.
