SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANIES, NO. 2437040 IN THE AMOUNT OF $1 ,259,300
FILED WITH THE VILLAGE BY CENTEn HOMES AND GUARANTEEING THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN WINSTON GROVE SUBDIVISION
SECTION 21
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section l : That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby auth-
orize the acceptance and placing on file of Performance Bond No. 2437040 in
the amount of $1 ,259,300.00 from Safeco Insurance Companies to guarantee
the construction of public improvements, streets and sanitary and storm
sewers, water mains, retention pond, public sidewalks, street lights, street
nams signs, and parkway trees, in Winston Grove Subdivision Section 21 ,
according to Plan No. 4521 dated June 1 , 1974 as prepared by Elk Grove
Engineering Company, 33 Park and Shop Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be. .in full force. and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 9th day of July 1974.
