A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT GRANTED TO TiIE VILLAS =
OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE BY THE OWNERS OF THE NAVARONE P,ESTA'IRANT FOi<
PUBLIC UTILITIES, UNDERGROUND PUBLIC UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trur.e�s
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of easement granted to
the Village of Elk Grove Village by the owners of the
Navarone Restaurant property, for public utilities, under-
ground public utilities and drainage. Said plat identified
as Plat of Easement
prepared by Cremley & Biedermann, Land Surveyors
as Drawing No. 733873 Drawing Date: March 6, 1,074
Said Easement located in Section 26 , Township 41
North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign said plat for and in the name of the
Village and attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
