A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A.FEE SCHEDULE FOR CLEANING DIRTY STREETS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 833, The Building Activities Code, Chapter
III, Section 330, establishes a requirement relating to damage to
public facilities and dirt on streets by contractors constructing
buildings within the Village, and
WHEREAS, the attached fee schedule sets the fees for the express
purpose of guaranteeing that the builder will be responsible for any
damage to public facilities and cleaning of streets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and
DuPage, State of Illinois, that the attached fee schedule for clean-
ing dirty streets will be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval according to law.
