A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREETS FOR
E AND CROSSEN AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for Brummel
Avenue and Crossen Avenue: Brummel Avenue from State Route 83,
(Busse Road)west 2245.39 feet, to 190.00 feet east of Lively
Boulevard, and Crossen Avenue from Brummel Avenue, north 1722.77
feet to Oakton Avenue in Section 27, Township 41 North, Range 11,
.East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
