A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR A PUBLIC ROAD, FOR
BIESTERFIELD ROAD FROM WELLINGINGTON AVENUE TO LEICESTER AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for a public
Road for Biesterfield Road from Wellington Avenue to Leicester
Avenue, and described as follows: The North 60 feet of Lot
4673 in Elk Grove Village Section 15, in Section 13, Township
41 North, Range 11, East: of the Third Principal Meridian, in
Cook County, Illinois. (except that part falling in Biesterfield
Road, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby auth-
orized to sign said plat: for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
