RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREETS - PART OF
HIGGINS ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given the final plat of dedication ident-
ified as Plat of Dedication of Public Streets for a part of
Higgins Road legally described as follows: Of the southerly 30.00
feet of Lot 4 in Arthur B. Scharringhausens Resubdivision of part
of Sections 21 and 22, Township 41 North, Range 11 , East of the
Third Principal Meridian, lying Easterly of the Easterly line of
Randall Street as dedicated per Document No. 20570470 and lying
Westerly of the Westerly line of Kelly Street as dedicated in Higgins
Road Commercial Subdiivision Unit No. 29, being a Resubdivision in
Section 21 , Township and Range aforesaid, in Cook County, Illinois,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if
fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate: seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
