A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A FRINGE BENEFIT POLICY FOR PART-TIME PERSONNEL OF THE
VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage , State of
Illinois:
Section 1 : That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby establish
and approve the following policy for Village part-time personnel :
(a) Permanent part-time personnel with more than twelve (12)
months service and who vrork at least 50i'' of a regular
work week schedule shall be entitled to Vacation, Sick-
Leave and Holiday fringe benefits on a prorata basis.
(b) Adult Crossing Guards and other part-time personnel
with twelve (12) months or more of service who work a
regular schedule of less than 50% of full time positions
shall be entitled to a proration of Sick Leave fringe
benefits.
(c) Seasonal personnel and special hourly-rated personnel shall
not be entitled to any fringe benefits.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law
