A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION OF PUBLIC STREET , A
PORTION OF MARK STREET IN ELK GROVE INDUSTRIAL PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for a portion of Mark Street in Elk Grove Industrial
Park and legally described as follows: That part of the North-
west quarter of Section 3, Township 40 North, Range 11 , East of
the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning
at the Northwest corner of the west terminus of Mark Street
heretofore dedicated in Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit 2, being
a subdivision in Section 3 aforesaid; thence west along the
westerly extension of the north line of Mark Street aforesaid
for a distance of 6L�6 .27 feet to a point of curve; thence west-
erly along said curve, convex southwesterly and having a radius
of 25.0 feet for a distance of 21 .68 feet to a point of reverse
curve; thence westerly, southerly and easterly along said curved
line being the westerly terminus of a cul -de-sac having a radius
of 60.0 feet and being tangent to the southerly extension of the
west line of lot 19 in Elk Grove Industrial Park Unit 6, being a
subdivision in Section 3 aforesaid, for a distance of 292 -55 feet
to a point of reverse curve; thence easterly along another curved
line convex northwesterly and having a radius of 25.0 feet for a
distance of 21 .68 feet to a point of tangency with the westerly
extension of the south line of Mark Street hereinbefore mentioned;
thence east along said westerly extension for a distance of 644.67
feet to the southwest corner of Mark Street aforesaid; thence north
along the west line of the west terminus of Mark Street aforesaid
60.02 feet to the place of beginning , in DuPage County, Illinois
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
