A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET FOR A
PORTION OF VON BRAUN TRAIL AND MITCHELL TRAIL IN ELK GROVE VILLAGE
SECTION 18
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties Of Cook and DuPage, State of Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for a portion of Von Braun Trail and Mitchell Trail in
Elk Grove Village Section 18 and legally described as follows:
Lot 5438 (except the part lying southerly of a line 115.40
feet north as measured at right angles and parallel to the
southerly line of said lot 5438) in Elk Grove Village Section 18,
being a subdivision in the southeast quarter of Section 36, Town-
ship 41 north, range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian in
Cook County, Illinois .
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby author-
ized to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and
attach thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 3 rd day of July 1973.
