A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM
THE ELK GROVE VILLAGE VETERANS CLUB
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That an Easement from the Elk Grove Village Veterans Club,
Inc. , relating to public utilities, a copy of said Easement being attached
and incorporated by reference, is hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Village President and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the grant of Easement on behalf of the Village of Elk
Grove Village following the delivery of documents which authorize the
granting of the easement by the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk is authorized and directed to
record this resolution and Easement with the Cook County Recorder of
Deeds, Cook County, Illinois.
Section 4. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
