A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GENERAL RELEASE FROM MR. HENRY BAEHR
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Elk Grove Village do hereby authorize the acceptance of a General Release
from Mr. Henry Baehr, who is farming the Commonwealth Edison Company easement
along the southern boundary of Elk Grove Village, north of Devon Avenue, and
authorizing the payment of $50.00 to Mr. Baehr pursuant to the terms of the
General Release which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully
set forth.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.

remise, release and forever discharge THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE,

its officers, employees and agents, of and from all and all manner of i
actions, and causes of action, suits, debts, dues, accounts, bonds, I!f
covenants, contracts, agreements, judgments, claims and demands what-
soever in law or equity, which against THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
I ever had, now have or which my heirs, executors, administrators or f
assigns, or any of them, or myself, hereafter can, shall, or may have, f
for or by reason of any cause, matter or thing whatsoever, from the
beginning of the world to the date of these presents, specifically
including any cause of action which may arise from THE VILLAGE OF f
ELK GROVE VILLAGE' s use, occupancy and right to its easement under
and across parcel 48 and 49 of Commonwealth Edison Company's Lombard-
Des Plaines right of way in the S.E. Quarter of Section 33, Township
41 North, Range 11 East of. the Third Principal Meridian, Cook County,
