A RESOLUTION RELEASING A LETTER OF CREDIT RELATING TO A THIRD LIFT
ON A PORTION OF TOUHY AVENUE AS REQUIRED BY RESOLUTION NO. 22-69
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:

Section 1 . That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby authorize
release of Letter of Credit No. 53992 in the amount of $18,000.00 as required
by Resolution No. 22-69, to cover third lift requirements for Touhy avenue
from Estes Avenue to Lively Boulevard.
Section 2 , That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
