A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE OF A LETTER OF CREDIT FROM ELK GROVE
INDUSTRIAL PARK, LIMITED, IN THE AMOUNT OF $177,600.00 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CARL STREET IN THE ELK GROVE INDUSTRIAL PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED„ by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That the President and Board of Trustees do hereby auth-
orize acceptance of LaSalle National Bank Letter of Credit No. 2612 in
the amount of $177,600.00 from Elk Grove Industrial Park, Limited, to
cover the construction of Carl Street in Elk Grove Industrial Park
located south of Devon Avenue in Elk: Grove Village, DuPage County, Illinois,
said Letter of Credit expiring on December 15, 1973.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
