Section 1. That approval is hereby given the final plat of subdivision
identified as Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 122
being a subdivision in Section(s) �7 , Township 41
North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal ;::eridian in Cook
County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and ViL.age Clerk, are hereby
authorized to sign said rlat for and in the name of the Village
and attach thereto the corrorate seal.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage ani approl-al according to law.
