A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR ELK GROVE VILLAGE
SECTION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and OuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of easement of
Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, and 11 of Elk Grove Village
Section 20 for Storm Sewer, hereby granted to the Village
of Elk Grove Village; and Parcel 8 as easement hereby
granted to Commonwealth Edison Company; and Parcels 6,
and 9 as easements for drainage only, hereby granted to
the Village of Elk Grove Village.Said parcels located
in Elk Grove Village Section 20, a subdivision in Section
36, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal
Meridian. A copy of Plat of Easement is attached hereto and
made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
