period as specified above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerlc shall, as soon as practicable after the close of the period
as given above, submit to the Department of Public Vi'orksan(] Buildings, Divi ion of IIiEhways, on forms
.furnished by said Department, a certified statement showing ex,)end.itures from and halancos remaining ill.
