A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DEDICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET
FOR KENT AVENUE (Gatzke Propert
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DUPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for Kent Avenue: That part of the North half of the
North half of the East half of the Northwest quarter of
Section 27, Township 1+1 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian bo�inded and described as follows: beginn-
ing at a point on the Porth line of said Northwest quarter
250.01 feet East of the Northwest corner of said East half
of the Northwest quarter, thence South on a line parallel
with West line of said East half of the Northwest quarter,
a distance of 399.26 feet to a point of curve; thence
Southeasterly on a curve concave Northeasterly and having
a radius of 50.0 feet, a distance of 78.53 feet; to a point
of tangency; thence East on a line tangent to last described
curve and parallel with said North line of Northwest quarter,
a distance of 203.83 feet to the Northwesterly line of the
Commonwealth Edison Co. right-of-way; thence Southwesterly
on said Northwesterly line of Commonwealth Edison Co. right-
of-way, a distance of 93.13 feet; thence West on a line
parallel with said North line of Northwest quarter, a distance
of 193.51 feet to a point of curve; thence Northwesterly on a
curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 50.0 feet, a
distance of 78.53 feet-, to a point of tangency; thence North on
a line tangent to the last described curve and parallel with said
West line of East half of the Northwest quarter, a distance of
459.27 feet to a point on said North line of Northwest quarter
which is 60.01 feet West of the point of beginning; thence East
on.said North line of Northwest quarter, a distance of 60.01 feet,
to the point of beginning, all in Cook County, Illinois.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate sea].
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
