A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE LIONS CLUB OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE
WHEREAS, The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village wish to express their appreciation to the Lions Club
of Elk Grove Village, for their many civic, social and recreational
services performed for the benefit: of our residents, and
WHEREAS, the Lions Club have annually held a 4th of July program
in the Village, which tends to keep residents off of the highways on
this hazardous holiday and providers a recreationa' outlet in their own
Community, and
WHEREAS, the Lions Club have annually held a Fireworks Display on
the 4th of July enjoyed by our many residents , and
WHEREAS , the Lions Club have provided many gifts and services to
the Village for the benefit of the residents.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois, that the Lions Club is hereby commended and extended the thanks
and appreciation of the many Village residents for their sustained services.
