A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF PLAT OF DED-ICATION FOR PUBLIC STREET FOR
HOWARD STREET.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois:
Section 1 . That approval is hereby given a plat of dedication for public
street for Howard Street from State Route 83 (Busse Road) on the
East , West 1800.50 feet on the south side of street and 1800.68
on the north side of street in Higgins Industrial Park; in Section
27, Township 41 North, Range 11 , East of the Third Principal Mer-
idian, in Cook County, Illinois, a copy of which is attached here-
to and made a part hereof as if fully set forth.
Section 2. That the Village President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign said plat for and in the name of the Village and attach
thereto the corporate seal .
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 3rd day of October , 1972.
