A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SIGNING OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND DESIGNATING
THE SUBURBAN NATIONAL BANK OF ELK GROVE TO BE THE DEPOSITORY FOR FUNDS
RECEIVED UNDER THE FEDERAL REVENUE SHARING PROGRAM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P,ESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, State
of Illinois:
Section 1. That the Village President be and is hereby authorized to
sign the attached documents marked Exhibits 11111, 11211, 11311, 114"
a copy of which is attached hereto and Made a part
hereof as if fully set forth and the Village Clerk is authorized to
attest said doc=en,:S upon the signature of the Village President.
Section 2. That tr 4 resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after _ts sa;;e and approval according to lair.
