RESOLUTION NO. 24-71
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALTERNATE JUDGES OF ELECTION
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Elk Grove Village, on the 6th day of April, 1971, did pass Ordinance No. 737,
which Ordinance called for a regular election to be held on April 20, 1971
entitled:
and,
"An Ordinance calling for a regular election of officers
of the Village of Elk Grove Village on Tuesday, April
20, 1971."
WHEREAS, to carry out and execute said ordinance of referendum
it is necessary that judges of election, for the various precincts
referred to in the above entitled ordinance, be appointed, and Resolution
No. �3-71 has so appointed Judges of Election, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that alternate Judges of Election be
appointed to serve if necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page,
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That the hereinafter designated persons be and are
hereby appointed alternate Judges of Election and for the regular election
referred to above. Their compensation to be Thirty-five ($35.00) Dollars
per day.
