NOW, 9'11ERlih'Ohi3, ME 7T RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Ell: Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuP ge, State of
Il.li_noi_s, as follows:

Section 1: That LA SALLE NATIONAL BANE, of. Chicago, Illinois as a
designated depositary of the Village of Elk Grove Village, is hereby requested,
authorized and directed to honor, pay and chargo to the Village of Elk Grove
Village all checks or other orders for paymant of money signed in the nano of
the Village of Elk Grove Village when bearing the actual si-gnatures or when
bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signatures of any two of the
following:
Village Treasurer Georgc C. Cone
Village Tlsnager Charles A. Willis
Whether or not payable to, endorsed or negotiated by, or deposited to the
individual credit of any of said persons, and said LA SAME NATIONAL BANK shall
be entitled to honor, pay and charge the Village of Ell: Grove Village for all
such checks or other orders for the payment of money irrespective of by whom or
by what means the purported or actual facsimile signatures thereon may have been
affixed thereto if such si-gnatures resemble the facsimile specimens duly
certified to or filed with said Bank.
Section 2: That the Village Clerk of the Village of Elk Grove Village
is hereby authorized to certify to said Bank a copy of these resolutions and
specimens of, said facsimile signatures and said Bank is hereby authorized to
rely upon such certificate until it is formally advised by a subsequent certificate
in writing under the corporate seal of the Village of Elk Grovc Village of any
changes or alterations therein.
Section 3: That the aforementioned authority shall apply to the
following designated and numbered accounts and all. others:
Waterworks and Sewerage Fund
Operating Account 70-9027-1
Motor Fuel Revenue Account 70-9023-8
Bond Fund Account No. 1 70•-9022-7
Working Cash Fund 70-9026-0
Section 4: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect- from
and after its passage and approval according to law.
